Hello, my name is Sophie! I am a dual UK/Australian Citizen, currently based in Melbourne, working as the Head of Product at SIX (Sustainable Investment Exchange). Prior to transitioning into product leadership, I spent 15 years working as a product manager, designer and front-end web developer. This site showcases a selection of design/dev projects I worked on between 2016-2020.

I offer a modern, specialised skillset that is in tune with today's digitally oriented world. Combining my creative and technical skills, I design and program. I develop websites and web applications using the latest web technologies and progressive frameworks and libraries, creating everything from animated illustrations and icons, to portfolio websites, and WordPress theme development for e-commerce sites. For fun, I sometimes post snippets smorgasbord.

In my spare time, I create accessories from feathers and run a small boutique brand. I've written about my process here. My other interests include traveling in my campervan, exploring new music, growing medicinal mushrooms, reading psychology books, and listening to podcasts related to science, health, and technology.
