Whispir

In early 2019, in conjunction with the launch of its new bespoke typefaces, Whispir underwent a brand refresh. This included the introduction of new human-centred illustrations, a brand pattern and an updated colour palette.

Digital marketing banners

All of the print and digital marketing collateral needed to be updated by the team. I worked predominantly on the digital side of things, this mostly consisted of digital banners for campaigns and web pages.

Learning Portal Web Pages

I worked on a learning portal section of the website where customers could go to get quick guides on how to use the platform. This included all the basic help topics along with more tailored articles for contacts, messaging and reporting.

I started by sketching out a bunch of wireframes and when I had a clear idea of everything that needed to be included on the pages I moved to mid fidelity designs. The images below show three variations of the landing page, the quick guides main page and an individual guide page.

2019 Update

Once the rebrand for this collateral was underway with the rest of the team, my focus switched to the UX and UI of the Whispir product itself. This involved stepping out of the marketing side of things and focusing more on customer research and product development.
